How do I know what size to buy?

Our size chart is posted throughout the redbox7 website for your perusal. Although almost all of our pieces are constructed from fabrics with stretch, the amount of stretch will vary with each style. Read the product descriptions to understand how each piece is worn on the body. Measure your bust, waist and hips and select the size that is closest to your measurements. If in doubt, send us a question through the Contact Us page and we'll do our best to help.

What happens if the size is wrong?

Exchanges: we will happily exchange a garment for another size and cover the shipping costs back to you. Garments sent back to us are done so at the expense of the customer.

What happens if I change my mind?

Returns: all sales are final unless garments are faulty.

How long will my garments take to arrive?

As a general rule, garments that are In Stock, when the order is placed, will be posted out to you within 48hrs of receiving the order. We will make contact with you to let you know if a particular piece is either out of stock or no longer available.

Can I place an order over the phone?

All orders are placed directly through the website, even when Sales Consultants are conducting showings direct to customers. We are not in a position to accept an order over the phone without credit card details being supplied at the time of order.

How do I pay for my order online?

The website currently offers an option to pay via Paypal or by credit card. Simply follow the screen prompts as you continue to Checkout.
